To constantly monitor media reportage about the business and coordinate with the Corporate Brand & PR teams to evolve strategies

Internal coordination :
1. Working with the leadership team and regional team to plan, create and execute strategies and activities to convey positive change to relevant stakeholders
2.Coordinating with various internal departments for a smooth inflow of information to the external public.
3.Structured reporting to the management regarding issues concerns among the target audience to safeguard the interest ofthe organization
Crisis management :
1. To be alert for any negative developments and have a Crisis Management Plan
2. Also evolve and keep ready an escalation plan
3. Develop crisis communication and plan its release
4. Image and Crisis Management (minimizing / neutralizing impact).
1. With the Government & other allied agencies for policy discussions and interacting on behalf of company
2. Building relationships with key government policy makers and targeted influencers.
3. Tracking movement of officials across the bureaucracy and ensuring continuous open lines of communication.
4. Monitoring Compliance mechanisms and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliances as per rules and regulations of the Central& State Governments.
5. Understanding business processes, and proactively suggesting necessary measures to mitigate the inherent compliance, financialor reputational risks by closely working with various cross functional teams to resolve the matters.
