Job Description

Business Acumen- Directs resources towards growth of the organisation converting training function into a revenue generating function Strategic Thinking and visioning for future- Develops and proposes a long- term (3- 5 year) strategy for the organization, based on an analysis of the industry and marketplace and the organizations current and potential capabilities as compared to competitors Decision Making - Ability to take firm decisions, strategic decisions within limited time frame Result Orientation- Focused on deliverable s and works in tandem with the Units towards achieving desired results Inspiring Teams Identify and propose solutions that benefit all stakeholders Managing Change- Recognizes when there is a need for change and effectively manage both the areas that remain stable and those that are changing.Directs the Organization in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors Partner with high- level officers Business organizations to grow the organization, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability.To demonstrate expertise with the design, development, implementation of large- scale talent and leadership programmers. Implement robust processes, with improved operational efficiency by building business capabilities, effective resource utilization, cost monitoring and budgeting.Identify and address key training's developmental needs with government and business organizations To devise an efficient process by streamlining workflows, implement innovative ideas in training delivery and generate cost advantages through effective planning and execution of the programmers at various levels.Creating the road maps by role/ skill for each of the services based businesses. Managing delivery and training budget cost and schedule adherence. Skills Training Delivery , Orientation , Change Management , Business Administration , Design Development
