Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 

Hiring for a leading Medical device Client for the role of Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Location : Gurgaon

Reports To:Business head
Division:Emerging Markets Group (EMG)


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Handling Pricing of all SKUs for tenders, quotations, etc. Raising pricing request in Vendavo and maintaining margins.

Raising Sample requests, maintaining Sample stock for better optimization in terms of fast delivery to customers. Follow up for Sample utilization Reports.

Coordination with the customer service team for order entry, query handling, coordinating dispatches with warehouse etc.

Initiating & finalization of eCATS approvals from Compliance Department for conducting various activities in Health Industries & Hospitals.

Secondary sales data follow up with sales team, checking the authenticity of data, compilation, and submission to finance.

Coordination with vendors for quotation, order processing, timely bill submissions, processing of vendor payments.

Coordination with sales team and finance for Credit release of Channel Partners.

Support to Finance team regarding incentive Calculation in terms of Data.

New Joinee/ Resignee formalities.​

MIS Reports preparation & submission to management.​

Coordination for promotional material with vendors.

Support to the Marketing team in Marketing initiatives/ drives in terms of data.

Administrative and Functional activities.

Organizing & Conducting Trainings for a Sales team.

Support to & coordination with Inter-Departments, Suppliers/Dealers, Customers & Sales Representatives on day to day basis.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

EducationBachelor in Science /B Pharma/ BE/ BTech in Biomedical Engineering / Bio-instrumentation, Electronics

Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.

Relevant prior Experience and Knowledge which will be useful in current roleMinimum 5 years of experience in similar or related profile
