Development and implementation of product/brand plan in various segments with objective of revenue, profitability & market share
Identification & launch of new products in line with objectives
Percolate organization's short\ long-term strategies to the team and ensure implementation
Analyse market trends and provide valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling and marketing strategies
Conceptualizing product specific promotional inputs, campaign and other activities.
Monitoring, controlling and feedback of marketing activities and ensure that objectives are met as specified by organization
