Train and Develop the Field Force.
Check and update PCP, DSRs.
Compile and send Monthly Reports to HO
Implement Company Strategies in developing the market. Doctor List, Pharmacy List, Hospital List.
Build Brands through Ethical Promotion.
Conduct Doctor Meetings & CMEs.
Keep track of tender business opportunities and participate in them
Identify new customers.
Maintain and upgrade sales records every month. Give Feedback.
Maintain constant upward and down ward communication.
Take immediate actions on all issues affecting sales results.
Maintain a list of Core Customers and meet them personally.
Maintain good rapport with MOH officials follow up registration and inspection process.
Achieve set targets and growth objectives consistently as per the budget.
Control expenses as per the budget.
