Marketing Manager - Role & Responsibilities
Marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
His/Her day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Actively participate in launch of Insurance and Automobile segment of our company.
Coordinating for the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
Coordinating, Negotiating & Ensuring the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working closely with the Marketing Head to understand live marketing campaigns and associated processes.
Visiting all the existing and new locations of the company for performing various marketing activities
Supporting the internal and external teams in execution of the online and offline campaigns
Making detailed report and analysis on all the campaigns executed in a month
Understanding company's services and offerings to pitch to leads.
Participating actively in marketing campaigns assigned and generating leads.
Actively engaging in lead response management and communication to qualify them and make them sales-ready.
Building up a lead database in the company's CRM and updating them as per the most recent communication and updates
