Job Description

1. Marketing Communications Tactics:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communications tactics for channel business, such as asset creation, website and online content management, email campaigns, technical marketing documentation and other marketing materials.
2. Taking a lead role in:-
Email marketing campaigns for channel partners: drive development and improvements in order to deliver successful partner email marketing campaigns. Manage email schedule synchronizing with email calendar and ensure high quality, highly engaging targeted email marketing campaigns in line with new product launches and special promotions.
3. Customer success stories and case studies:
drive development and process improvements to create compelling customer endorsements for use by channel partners in sales pursuits.
4. Track and report on lead generation campaign results, and metrics related to marketing communications activities.
5. Content Management:
Support content management on Web Portal, Getty Images, maintaining/updating artwork and hi-res images for partners and Dokshop, managing collateral availability.
6. Sales Lead Generation and Management:
Assist and manage the generation of sales leads from various sources to the correct channel partners. Support asset creation, promotion and management. Manage assigned leads through to closure. Improve lead quantity and quality through automation and lead nurturing.
7. Continuous Improvement:
Work with internal stakeholders to improve existing Marketing Communications processes and activities to further support the Channel Partner business and strategy.

Successful track record in a middle-weight Marketing Communications role (min 4-5 years)
Experience in email marketing and sales lead generation and management (Marketing automation experience would be desirable)
Good understanding of channel marketing concepts and programs
Experience of working with a large global company or supporting a global network of distributors/VARs
Mandatory strong written/verbal skills in English

Experienced marketing communications professional with a strong track record in digital marketing
Adept at managing multiple projects independently and reliably
Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and project management skills
Dynamic enough to get results and operate with ease in a matrix organization
Helpful to be a self starter, someone who is capable asserting their ideas and feedback
High energy, high initiative, keen focus, adaptive flexibility
Comfortable operating in a remote team environment and in a diversified multi-cultural organization
