Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Create and manage marketing content across web, social media, email management, mobile, video, and traditional mediums.
- Drive web, email management, mobile and social media marketing campaigns
- Should have skills in Website design(UX), Pay per click(PPC), Display advertising(Banner Ads), Affiliate Marketing, Content Marketing and Online Reputation Management(ORM)
- Source and Manage 3rd party vendors for creative writing and content creation as well as write and/or edit and deliver all key documents needed Align and work closely with global and field marketing team to plan and develop campaign/content calendar
- Own and drive the Social Media Optimization (SMO) marketing strategy for Concur India

a) Developing and implementing social media strategies
b) Manage profiles and pages on social networking sites including Twitter, LinkedIn and other community sites
c) Post content on relevant blogs / forums and seeding content into social applications as and when needed
d) Monitor and report usage statistics and other relevant data
e) Keep a check on the emerging trends and industry standards in social media
f) Conduct Research and recommend new social media platforms and opportunities
g) Increasing the number of fans, followers on social media networks
h) Ability to generate engaging and interesting posts in both written and visual forms (info-graphics)
i) Manage Social Media content writing, Creating blogs and publishing content on blogs
j) Finding and engaging social media influencers
- Proficient in developing and implementing Search Engine Optimization/Marketing (SEO/SEM) strategies

a) Perform keyword research in sync with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
b) Should be able to provide SEO analysis and recommendations
c) Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific
d) Develop and implement link building campaigns
e) Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with business goals
f) Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
g) Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
h) Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
i) Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

- Actively review on Google Adwords strategy and optimize SEO/SEM through the knowledge of Google Analytics
- Apply Google Analytics on complex set up(Multiple Domains, Website, WAP site, Blogs, Mobile Apps), GTM and Universal Analytics with 100% tracking of all key variables and parameters defined by business and provide reports to relevant stakeholders
- Cross-functional working relationship with product marketing and field marketing to create all materials needed for driving market awareness, branding, and lead generation
- Work with the Corporate Communication teams in US office and Integrate India Digital / Social media plans
- Manage all projects to timelines given
- Works under moderate supervision
- Interacts with different Marketing functions, Sales and External Resources
