Job Description

1 Responsible for overall brand communication and promotional campaigns of the SBU. To monitor brand campaign and input effectiveness
2 To ensure effective and efficient strategy is given to Sales teams
3 To design strategic marketing plans and ensure implementation of the same
4 To manage portfolio profitability and sales targets
5 Responsible for strategic business development & portfolio gap analysis
6 To successfully launch new products
7 To identify product/ therapy opportunities in short & medium term
8 Responsible for market mapping, identifying therapy potential, customer mapping & orientation, market share/brand rank and therapy milestone mapping
9 To collaborate effectively with Sales Management to drive marketing startegies for achievement of brand budgets
10 To lead the PMT team to realise achievement of brand target within the allocated budget
11 To develop the team through ongoing coaching and feedback
