Job Description

The selected person will be handling all the verticals in the organisation.

1. Be responsible for growing all business vertices and establish a sizable market share.

2. Responsible for overseeing the functions & processes of all business verticals and drive

the business targets

3. Recruit, build, develop and manage the sales and marketing team and ensure to deliver

optimum business results.

4. Manage dealerships, consultants and other channels, administer business terms and be

responsible for financial controls of the department.

5. Collaborate with other business partners for business growth and reach

6. Develop business plans, budgets and cost estimates designed to grow the business and


7. Required to adapt to winning business strategies and develop systems and processes

that compliment in meeting the business objectives

8. Maintain administrative processes to monitor performance and costs.

9. Provide leadership to the team as well as for the futurity of the business.
5 to 8 years of relevant managerial experience in marketing/sales of products
Excellent Leadership skills, problem solving, decision making abilities, good

communication and presentation skills. Should be system driven and be able to drive

systems smoothly to get the desired results. Result oriented and excellent sales and

marketing abilities to get things done smoothly.
