Job Description

Develop and Drive all Marketing initiatives and processes for the Unit.
Lead the marketing team and provide support/ guidance to the sales team.
Formulation of marketing plans and calendar to achieve desired goals Annual Marketing Plan
Development and implementation of Brand/ Product initiatives for the network and end consumers Specific initiatives with targets. Prod- sales targets, PRI, specific milestones)
Planning, Monitoring and supervising New Product Launches ( e.g Aspira, Tractor Aqualock, Ultima Protek etc) Sales Volumes, Network penetration.
Development and implementation of plans for entry into new categories (e.g. Wood, Waterproofing, Sealants etc ) Sales Volumes, Network penetration.
Development of Retailing initiatives for the unit- No. of stores implemented.
Improve and enhance the range of Retailing Services offered by the unit- No. of services/ stores
Lead the digital marketing initiatives for the unit (Website, social media, consumer/ dealer apps) No. of initiatives/ user engagement
Improvement of Consumer understanding to improve marketing programs Collection and Analysis of Consumer feedback through various channels
Development and Implementation of A/ID/Contractor and Dealer loyalty programs Nos. enrolled, volume throughput

Candidate must be able to speak in Bangla
Sales and Marketing experience in FMCG
