Job Description


This role is primarily responsible for promoting the product and creating brand image through market development activities and farmer relationship programs. The job is also responsible for conducting trials of new/existing products and create database on MCBR for product positioning & communication

The tasks under Key Responsibility that the Job holder is suppose to perform to achieve the business goals
Creation of brand pull for products through market development programs
Planning and monitoring of market development activities (MDA) with respect to area / district / crop / product
Conduct important MDA like crop seminar, field day, Crop Productivity Enhancement Project (CPEP), CSR activities, Mahadhan Shetkari Manch, Mahadhan Customer Day and exhibitions
Create trust among farmers / field staff in product performance based on scientific trial results - MCBR
Attend to the queries of farmers to provide solution
Organizing technical training programs for field executive
Providing farmer details for building farmer databank
Relationship building with institutes like state agricultural universities, research stations, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, marketing federations, co-operative institutes & farmers etc Coordination with universities & research institutes for trials on various technical aspects, MCBR etc.
Support zonal / area marketing team to generate agriculture business and making availability of experts to involve in farmer related programs

Monitoring and Coordination for adpro activities Coordination with Zonal Head / Area Head / dealer / institutes for providing details for inhouse magazines, literature feedback, wall painting, survey (customer satisfaction, product performance, etc ) and other adpro activities
