We have an urgent opening Managerial Post (Equipment & Medical Devices Sales)- MNC in Mumbai. Requirement details Post : Managerial Position (Medical Equipment & Devices Sales) - Designation will be discussed during interview) Location : Mumbai Report to : Director Education : Graduate and post Graduate Experience : 14- 20 yrs (Must have Exp. in High Value Medical Equipments & Devices) Salary Range : 25- 34 LPA Team Handling position- RSM / Sales Manager Level people are reporting Scope To provide effective sales leadership and direction to recruit, motivate, develop and lead a team of sales professionals to meet business objectives and KPIs. To cultivate, develop and install a culture of excellence within the team. Ability to lead the team with the result that sales targets are met or exceeded. Analyse market business trends to develop and execute a regional business plan to capitalise on current and future opportunities within the local market. Job Description / Key Responsibilities: To develop a regional and tactical business plan focusing on key issues specific to the region e.g. Business development, training and dealer management. Develop long term sales strategies for future growth Formulating strategies & reaching out to unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion by developing grass root sales network Analysing market trends/ requirements, collating market intelligence reports and accordingly chalking out measures for countering competition Ensure a strong and integrated relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and integrated CE programme for promoting the companys products Maintain close contact with key customers and accounts within region To coordinate and conduct sales cycle meetings Ensure a culture of commercial awareness and relationship management is shared and acted upon within the team. Talent and succession planning responsibilities Clear coaching and performance management of team using the professional selling skills principles. Coordinate initial and on-going sales specialists development through product and sales career framework To comply with all corporate governance and regulatory requirements To work closely as part of the sales and marketing teams and Leadership team to ensure all stakeholders have clarity of roles and objectives across the business. Ensure effective planning and launch of new products in conjunction with the marketing team and focus follow through with sales team. Professionally manage and process customer complaints in accordance with Company procedures. Management of cost centre budget. Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent combination of education and experience Business Development & Sales is essential in Medical Equipment & Medical Devices experience preferred Commercial experience essential Proven success and able to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field Ability to manage a mobile team Drive for results oriented Excellent product and industry knowledge Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with key stakeholders Experience & Skills Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills. Structured and clear thinker ability to prioritise a demanding workload through business planning and regional management. Able to analyse business information such as Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out (PCDSO) to refine specific product and activity focus to achieve KPI targets on a monthly/cycle basis for region. Able to apply Professional Selling Skills principles to all sales situations. Financial awareness Computer literate excel, power point, outlook, CRM etc Confident, articulate with the ability to resolve conflict Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities Demonstrable Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation skills Proven successful track record in sales & business development, people management and leadership experience, together with team management
