Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for design of secondary compensation programs across all channels for employess and FCs. The peron will also own key strategic initiatives led by the function with entire accountability of results envisaged as per the project plan

Role & Responsibilities -

i) Analyze business trends and understand the requirement of any sales contests
ii) Run through various data trends and run data simulations and distribution models to arrive a right design and accurate cost estimation
iii) Design contests and incentive schemes in agreement to various stakeholders Sales, HR, Finance and BI
iv) Analyze the impact of sales enablers on various business levers and implement corrective measures to improve effectiveness of design
v) Conduct RR analysis to measure effectiveness of program design
vi) Run departmental key initiatives such as Product mix
