Key Roles & Responsibilities -
Deliver Sales Targets by expanding existing client relationships, improving client satisfaction, strengthening client commitment, ensuring client retention and growing revenue for IIFL Wealth Management while acquiring new clients. This includes:
Working as an advisor to identifying and developing new opportunities to deliver advice and solutions to existing clients, and acquiring new Wealth Management prospects
Identifying customer needs and providing them with right financial planning assistance and asset allocation with the help of IIFL Investment Advisory services
Building and deepening relationships with existing HNI Customers to achieve an increase in the share of wallet
managing ultra high net worth clients (UHNI) with an individual portfolio of 20 Crores +. Their total book size must be minimum 50 Crores.
Acquiring New Clients for the firm and also developing new territories.
Engaging with colleagues of other divisions of IIFL to Cross Sell products and services to clients
Open to meeting candidates from Banks, AMC, distributors
proved track record of acquiring and managing UHNI clients. He must have a sound understanding of various wealth products coupled with strong communication/presentation skills and go-getter attitude.
