4. Drive Technical training across 3 pillars of Body Shop, CV & Auto paint, retail business
5.Benchmarking of Abrasives and Non-Abrasives products for existing as well as new products in the portfolio
6. Planning & Execution of Quarterly training calendar across field & ART
7.Regular Meeting and joint working with regional service team of OEM's
8.Technical Management of Auto Refinish Centre (ART) to ensure Training of internal & external customers in best practices.
9. The technical manager should also ensure that the equipment, layout and capabilities of ART keep pace with changing trends of the industry
