Management of Costs, cost per acquisitions Work with in the allocated budgets for the year.
Conducting Training, RnR and incentive schemes for agents.
Ensure compliance and conformity to Sales governance processes
Training and TM Support - South:
Provide Tele-marketing and training support to entire South India operations run by various business partners ( Hyderabad and Bengaluru).
External stake holder management Closely work with the key accounts manager; Liaise with respective call center heads of the bank for carrying out monthly meetings and RnR programs
MIS and analytics
Monitor KPIs and trend analysis, conduct monthly reviews internally
