Drive the manpower planning exercise and revisit it regularly. Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes.
Work with the FP&A team to prepare quarterly recruitment budgets and plans. Review and revisit the forecast and budgets every quarter.
Design and come up with innovative ideas and creative marketing strategies/campaigns to attract and recruit the best talent in the industry
Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source 'A' players from colleges, workplaces, databases.
Define, document and set-up effective recruitment processes / operations.
Create/define dashboards/metrics/measurements of success and conduct regular reporting of those to the key stakeholders.
Define and implement sourcing, pitching and recruitment processes.
Manage recruitment lifecycle for various tech posts.
Ideate and create relevant material for marketing and our businesses to potential candidates.
Build, mentor, and lead a team of A1 recruitment specialists.
Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.
