Job Description

Responsible for overall management of Human Resource professionals involved in managing talent acquisition activities.

Ensure that the department has the necessary tools, resources, and training to successfully perform duties.

Leverages technology, tools and applications to support efficient and global staffing processes.

Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)

Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc

Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization

Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.

Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.

Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

Develop college recruiting programs

Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource

Participate in employment events, such as career fairs

Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.

Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

A thorough understanding of client departments, organizations, staff, and positions, and on-going communication and feedback with client and company management to ensure client satisfaction.

Develop position profiles and recruitment action plans and successfully execute recruitment assignments including direct sourcing, candidate development, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and hiring for all levels of professional, managerial, and executive staff.

Assist in the identification, selection, hiring, and management of vendors as it relates to executive search, recruitment research, consulting firms, etc.

Responsible for effectively managing a wide range of internal and external partnerships and vendors.

Lead the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition cost goals, objectives, budgets and plans.

Maintain policies, program and processes to ensure compliance.

Responsible for the growth and development of staff members for current and future roles within HR or elsewhere as appropriate.

Performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

- Graduate + MBA/PGDM

- Must have a minimum of 10 years recruitment experience.

- Must possess experience in the following areas: establishing and managing diversity outreach programs, maintaining compliance with staffing laws and regulations, implementing staffing strategies for current and future workforce needs, employee selection and assessment tools, negotiating compensation and relocation packages, and implementing and monitoring HR metrics related to staffing.

- Experience working with SAP systems

- Ability to perform effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation
