Key Responsibilities : 1) Manpower Planning : - Manpower planning strategy and budgeting in partnership with business. - Preparing strategy for talent availability and continuity plan. 2) Talent Acquisition : - Managed end to end recruitment. - Reviewing and screening applications through various sources. - Based on projected manpower responsible for lateral hiring/ campus hiring and walk in strategies and execution. - Conduct HR Interviews for the shortlisted candidates along with the Business Heads. - Offer discussions/negotiations and closing the offers by providing industry best compensation. - Keep a tab on the hiring mix by hiring from cost-effective channels. - Maintain the Employee Referral channels and Internal Job Posting for Corporate Finance. - Conducting Recruitment Drives as per the Business criticality. 3) Performance Management : - Managing the Annual Performance Review process for the mapped business. - Identifying the parameters of performance and setting up the KPI's and Driving Annual Performance Management for the employee. 4) Employee Engagement : - Conducting employee engagement initiatives. - Conducting induction sessions, post joining and on-boarding activities. - Addressing employee queries and ensuring employee communication. Note - Candidate should be from Tier-1 Institute.
