Job Description

Coordinate Regional Dealer council meets, Regional Dealer meets reviews and updates
In cooperation with the Sales Head Quarter team ensure that corrective action plans are communicated and implemented relating to MOM raised during the review.
Significantly contributed in designing and implementing the premium training programs for Dealership owners/CEOs
Leading succession planning capability building initiatives for new generation of dealers
Handholding & Development program for Newly appointed Channel partner
Design & Execute the Training program for Channel partner lead Team to increase the business and improve the profitability.
Continuously scanned the industry best practices and identified initiatives to build operational capabilities of organisation
Meticulous management of Logistics & organizing support for Annual Dealer Conference
Handling troubled dealer performance monitoring .Supervising the dealers, in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and taking steps in order to enhance growth.
Special assignments and duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of the channel partner
Prepare monthly MIS reports
