Job Description


To ensure consistent process assurance across all learning interventions and Group Learning by leveraging and providing key insights and suggestions through data analysis, forecasting and collaborating in order to deliver Business value to the respective stakeholders.

Ensuring consistent standards and turn around times for all learning events.

Provide data insight and process assurance to all the senior for seamless delivery.

Ensure uniform and accurate understanding of the various audit processes.

Provide recommendations / suggestions based on analytics, forecasting of the various agenda like Business Issues / Business Impact, methodologies used in learning interventions, budgets, infrastructure utilization, customer satisfaction, post program feedback etc.
