Job Description

Looking for a dynamic HR business partner (HRBP) to expand the HR team - this is a highly accountable position responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and formulates partnerships to deliver value-added service to all stakeholders. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and a successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's market position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates them proactively and seeks to develop integrated solutions.

An ideal candidates would have

- 4 to 8 years experience in the areas of HR, Operation and employee engagement

- Post graduate degree in HR from a premiere college

- Strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders

- Demonstrating Ownership & Accountability

- Ability to Plan & Prioritize

- HR Functional Knowledge, particularly around key HR processes

- Hands-on approach

- Stakeholder management & a demonstrated ability to influence

- Success in creating, driving and program managing effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs

- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

- Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions independently
