Preventive - predictive and breakdown maintenance, interrupted supply of utility services. Revision or renewing of electrical/service equipment licensing, follow up & updating of machines & equipments AMC Calibration of measuring equipment in accordance to calibration plan, implementing best practices for the reduction of Water and energy consumption. Develop local resources to provide engineering workshop support, asset utilization & Enhancement, improving productivity by minimizing down time and debottlenecking. Coordinate the procurement of workshop consumables and spare parts. Establish & manage the regular operational issues for FM organization and coordinating with site leadership. Supporting the sites for planning and leading changes in accordance with the GFM. Supporting the sites in manage ongoing FM activities. Ensure implantation and creating of common GFM policies and procedures. Providing support to sites in developing, managing forecast, maintain cost control, and monitor the FM budget for both operational and capital expenditure, to ensure cost reduction targets are met as set by GFM management. Ensure site are able to maintain and monitor service levels, in line with SOPs, SLA and KPI's, in order to reach service improvement targets set by GFM management Interface management with relevant business managers and professional units, for work plan promotion and implementation Enable business managers to focus on their core business objectives and deliver high quality service to the business Provide all out Management, documentation, and knowledge support/sharing at the site level. Other projects and duties as required/assigned based on the business need.
