Key Skills required:
10-12 years of overall HR experience.
HR Service delivery experience in Shared Services is a must
Team management (atleast 18-20)
SAP experience as HR end user / knowledge is a must
HR helpdesk exp. : preferable / not mandatory
International stakeholder exp.: Not mandatory
To manage the service delivery for Client that includes all the processes that are delivered from the Shared Services. Lead the team through a period of change, evolving the service to enable HR Operations to deliver a high quality centralised services to the business. Drive a culture of process improvement, a tight focus on data integrity and an excellent service to our customers.
Impact on the Business
Lead the team through a period of change. Ongoing focus to align all processes fully and work with team members to ensure that relevant training, coaching and development is given to enable this to happen. Establish a common culture for the team and continue to integrate activities to the HR Shared Service Centre. Continually seek to gain efficiencies where possible and encourage the team to do the same.
Customers, Suppliers and Third Parties
Working in conjunction with the helpdesk and Retained organization HR services team, to play a key role in the continued evolution of HR Services, helping to define extension of scope and accountable for managing the evolution via the team. Continually review and develop resource and delivery model for area and manage resources to respond to demand and according to benchmarking information
Leadership and Teamwork
Key member of the Pune HR Services leadership, so expected to make a full contribution to the strategy/business plan and to engage with/support other members of this team in achieving objectives.
Innovation and Change
Build a strong working relationship with the retained organization stakeholders that include the local HR Services Team, HR Business Partners and CoEs. Ensure that there is a strong customer focus and any issues and escalations are dealt with promptly. Work towards obtaining a high net promoter and customer satisfaction score for the services delivered. Engage with key stakeholders on periodic basis to ensure the team is delivering adequate support to business priorities. Work with the retained market stakeholders to expand the scope of services being delivered from HRSSC.
Knowledge and experience
Responsible for ongoing improvements to data integrity, engaging with key stakeholders and leading relevant people to ensure that this objective is achieved and sustained on an ongoing basis. Accountable for supporting audit and SOX requirements, putting in place effective controls to ensure that we are compliant and agreeing appropriate measures in response to audits.
