Should have experience in preparing Job Descriptions, based on specific briefs given
Proficient in usage of MS Office tools
Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills Ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven
Excellent team handling and people management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English
Should be able to handle work pressure
