Role Summary/Purpose: - Brand Management, Communication Development, Media Planning & Buying, PR and developing and executing effective marketing programs for achieving brand and business objectives Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Senior management for building and strengthening all the brands that the organization endows across the market.. - Design & Implement ATL (TV, Radio) and BTL (point of sale, trade channels, ambient media) and digital media campaigns as per business needs - Work across all functions to ensure effective customer communication - Liason with and manage the Creative, Media, and PR Agencies - Manage the Media planning and buying activities - Track brand health parameters and monitor changes around awareness, consideration, preference and brand imagery. - Commission Market Research from time to time as required. - Establish and manage brand collaborations and partnerships. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with other departments including Products, Technology, Sales and Operations. Years Experience: 5 - 8, relevant of at least 5 Education: MICA preferred/ Preference will be given to candidates from successful digital agencies or ecommerce companies.
