Sales Manager - Holographic Films - Develop new prospects and convert/convince them to use holograms and holographic products - Promote the sale of holographic solutions available with the company to prospective customers. - Provide customer pre and post sale service and function as a consultant to the client. - Gather market information regarding competitor activity and give feedback to management to enable them to formulate and modify the marketing strategy. - Giving the various reports such as daily visit report, monthly status report with order closed, etc. on a timely basis. - Do necessary follow-ups with clients for receiving timely payments as per agreed terms and for various forms required as per law. - Conducting market surveys to identify market potential in a specific industry in south. - Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the area. - Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. - Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence - Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members - Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. - Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business. - Provide timely feedback regarding sales performance. - Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team - Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers - Update SCM regarding the new / repeat orders and customer changing / new requirements for the order to maintain the desired specifications. - Ensure the the customer requirement is met as per the initial order booking. - Find feedbacks fro the customers to understand the expectations and areas wherein improvisation can be made. - Timely payment collection. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification And Experience : 1. BE & MBA with 5-10 Yrs in the field of Printing & Flexible Packaging (Holographic Films) 2. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills 3. Self-motivated, intelligent, dynamic person who can quickly learn 4. Good ability to understand & explain technical specifications of product & clients requirement. 5. Good analytical skill. 6. Ability to collect Market information & analyze emerging trends. 7. Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements. 8. Ability to work independently 9. Should be able to handle work pressure. 10. Aggressively achieving the sales target, result oriented and self starter.
