Job Description

Clear communication with the client - Build in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively - Hosting and Meeting Clients and giving sales presentations and property orientation about the development - Win Negotiations and Close Deals within specified TATs - Facilitating and driving revisits and resolving customer queries leading to deal closures end to end - Maintain Good client follow up and increase buying conversion ratios - Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually - Maintain and Develop relationships with Channel Partners to grow the site business - Activate all other channels as per company requirements to build on the network thereby to increase business - Maintain required number of calls and market visits as required from time to time - Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro market and regular competition mapping - Follow all systems and processes rigorously as defined in company norms - Ensure happy customers to increase cross sell - Take initiatives to meet individual sales targets
