The incumbent have to handle the business for International & Domestic packages for HNI clients
• Handling hard-core sales and client coordination, escalation handling, operation management.
• Timely MIS and Report generation.
• Achieve seasonal deal targets.
• Providing maximum client satisfaction by closely interacting with them to understand their requirements.
• Ensure complaint resolution within specified time frame.
• Key account management.
• Will be responsible for handling all the major sales promotional and marketing of such tour packages.
