I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop business opportunities with existing client and identify the new clients. Understanding of consumers, markets & categories. Prospecting and generating new leads and opportunities and converting into sales. Research on Industry requirements and accordingly frame the positioning strategy. To achieve yearly sales targets. Understanding Client's requirements, analyzing the same, development of communication and presentation strategies, re-writing the brief for internal & support team. Ideating innovative offering to better meet the needs of existing market. Presentation of Strategies, Fleet &Retail Concepts, Visual Merchandising designs to the client. Co-ordinate with internal and external support teams for control of projects. Reporting Internally as well as to clients on project status etc. Revenue Generation and maximization & to ensure revenue targets are met Personal impact and Client relationship management- gain respect from clients and ensure preferred status and long term business growth through sustained value add. Ensure delivery on operations and timely payment collections. II. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION Client Servicing and sales experience in Fleet , retail, events promotions or media sales with proven track record of client relationship management across FMCG Telecom Retail BFSI clients etc. Should have good communication Skills, Good Presentation Skills. Should be Persuasive, Track record of delivering tangible results, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, team Leader, high energy level, ability to see obstacles as challenges, stamina to follow prospects. Has passion and desire to excel, Can chase targets under pressure, Can manage/ organize time in multiple demand situation Can perform SWOT for a situation and over all positive personality. Thorough understanding of Retail eco system and how to create opportunities for Classic Retail within those will be a key skill needed.
