Roles and responsibilities 

A Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 8 years of experience in Sales​

- Experienced in Capital Goods sales.​

- Should have experience in developing an effective Channel sales network in the region​

- Be well aware of the industry spread in the region and have a good network base

- Should be a go - getter

- Able to strategize to ensure the targets achievement

- Should have experience in Material handling industry

- Sound understanding of Mechanical engineering fundamentals​

- Excellent verbal and written communication​

- Proficiency in MS Office and Powerpoint​

- Ability to work independently under pressure to meet Sales targets​

- Results oriented​

- Should have a smart and presentable personality​

Meeting Sales targets from the assigned territory​

- Draw territory and Dealer - wise marketing and sales strategies in order to fulfill the targets

- Impart Product and sales training to the dealers​

- To motivate the dealers and provide the necessary support in order to achieve the OB targets based on the territory potential​

- Guide and monitor a junior Sales Engineers to achieve the targets

- Attending Technical discussions with the client

- Preparing Quotes and technical datasheets​

- Managing all issues related to customer account​

- Timely collection of dues​

- Co - ordinate with factory on timely execution of customer order
