Responsible for managing a team to develop complex product features and functionalities. Deliver strategically important solutions (Network management, NFV, SDN and OpenStack) for Telcos and large enterprises as a part of NPI. Responsible for developing work plans, establishing technical objectives and assigning tasks. Monitors the completion of tasks within time and cost constraints and ensures that technical and functional objectives are met. Identifies and recommends changes to established practices and policies. Strong people management skills. Regularly interacts with supervisors, peer managers, and employees within and beyond a particular function. Requires in-depth technical and operational knowledge within area of responsibility. Often plays a proactive role in developing and applying new approaches to engineering design and development. Participates in and is accountable for cross functional initiatives and collaboration, which may have significant impact on business results.

experience in Software Development in the areas of Cloud technologies, Networking, SDN/NFV and Virtualization domains
2+ years of people management experience
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering or equivalent
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
Hands-on experience in managing and delivering critical and complex features and functionalities
Experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum) and helping teams explore, adopt and optimize principles and practices
Prior development and architectural experience is a must
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
