The SAP Role Designer plays a critical role in ensuring the access to the EVO SAP system is designed in line with our Core Business Model and build in line with our compliance policies. The SAP Role Designer is the RGC representative for change requests within EVO demand process. This role is responsible for engaging with system integrators, analysis of SAP role creation or change requirements to ensure that all required security settings are included for design and build of roles to ensure that the business requirements are fully met for support during the testing of Demands ensuring all Company EVO Security policies are met. The other expectation is to maintain communication with System Integrators and Project Managers to ensure all aspects of Security are delivered within demands. The role responsibility includes role design, role build, testing and go live preparation for individual demands. Also expected to identify potential improvements and drive enhancements to ensure world class management of user security. The SAP Role Designer will also be the Point of Contact with the Global teams for issue resolution and further enhancement of SAP Security roles design and user access processes. Key accountabilities. Analyse the solutions received from System Integrator to ensure all aspects of user access security are followed. Design, build and test consistent global roles for EVO systems ensuring adoption and implementation of SAP application best practices. Ensure all roles are incorporated in the EVO SAP Roles Catalogue Ensures that all user processes are controlled in line with the Global IT and SOX Controls Manage design of SAP Security roles to meet business requirements and provide expertise to the wider Companies business regarding user security Core competencies Ability to understand business requirements and verify authorization impact on EVO roles Ability to convert functional specification into SAP role design Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to identify gaps and implement process improvements Strong governance mentality.
