Job Description

-Responsible for Managing the End to End PF Trust activity for active as separated employees (total 2.50 Lacs Members) -Need to managed Provident Fund activities like oPF Transfer-In oPF withdrawal oPF Transfer Out oNRW oEPS withdrawal & 10D Pension oNomination oDeceased Case Pension -Monitoring Form 11 database for UAN generation & EPS calculation -Checking and validating Statutory ECR files shared by PF Vendor with our data-base -Ensure timely payment of Income Tax, related returns and issuance of Form-16 -Monitoring PF Investment as per prescribed Investment pattern approved by Labour ministry -Tracking Interest accrued as well as Interest Due but Not Received (on Investment) -Monthly Reporting of Fund Flow statement to Treasury Operation for further Investment Planning -Assistance & addressing query related to PF Trust Balance Sheet with external auditors -Liaison with Government Statutory Authorities for day to day activity -Responsible for Internal & external Audits related to PF & EPS impact to GL -Close Coordination with Stake Holder include HR, PF Vendor, PF Officials & Treasury Team -ADHOC MIS as per requirement of Management -Timely Implementation of any change directed by PF authority applicable to Bank -Handling escalations & Other employee queries on day to day basis with minimum TAT -Knowledge of Labour & other employment related laws -Effective communicator with good communication skills written as well as spoken -Team player to manage team size of 7 members -Continues grooming & sharing guidance within team members for improving productivity -Good control on Microsoft Excel, Word & PPT.
