Job Description

- Effectively manage relationships with senior management and project leads to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism;

- Manage long, medium and short term resourcing forecasts and plan for specific transformation programmes, with a clear mechanism for tracking and reporting variances;

- Manage resourcing requests and queries relating to project allocations, timesheets, expenses, billing and logistics;

- Support in sourcing and selecting candidates for projects (e.g. coordinating with stake holders);

- Identify skills and experiences to match appropriately with requests and projects;

- Manage utilisation, pipeline and vacancy based on project forecast.

- Ensure that all project resource have relevant and up to date CVs with clear skill areas highlighted and the same is stored in a upto date repository for reference.

- Support in enforcing compliance to meet operational requirements (i.e. timely submissions and approvals of timesheets, project highlight reports etc;

- Analyse forecast reporting for resource planning, ensuring gaps in delivery are highlighted and remediation plans put into place;

- Utilise available forecasting information to devise the optimum, most cost effective, resource planning and scheduling solutions for the business;

- Ensure own activity maximises value add through analysis/recommendations of best use of resources, systems and capacity, linking in closely with other support teams where appropriate and required.

- Proactively identify and deliver trends in capability and skill-set required, utilising workforce planning methodology to ensure the Delivery Function is equipped for future projects.

- Experience of leading and motivating teams to deliver shared goals;

- Demonstrable practical understanding of a projects / consulting environment;

- Demonstrable evidence of having a positive impact on an organisation, achieved through excellent influencing skills and delivery of key strategic objectives;

- Experience of delivering a high quality customer focused service;

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrable experience of using analytical and problem solving skills to identify practical solutions to work problems;

- Experience of working in a complex, multi-skilled organization with diverse set of people.
