Job Description

Coordinate with project teams to ensure that activity sheets are meticulously filled up, which would serve as a key input to monitoring & tracking activities in a project, including metric & status reporting
Ensure that all project deliverables are verified and validated at respective project milestones
Responsible for all defect prevention activities in the project
Responsible for all SCM activities in the project and ensure that configuration audits are conducted prior to delivery to the client
Ensure compliance with all project security requirements, identify and classify all information assets used in the project and ensure that all team members are aware on project security requirements.
Collect Metric data of the project, verify the data for integrity and support the analysis of Metrics
Ensure process compliance of projects are in line with expectations set by the organisation and non-conformance / observations, if any, are brought to closure as per SLA
Responsible for complying with all information security policies and processes laid down in the organization
Responsible for conducting internal audits across projects and other support departments within the organization
Responsible for sharing best practices across projects
