This is applicable for categories involving Facilities, HR, MARCOM & Finance Implement effective procurement and supply chain strategies in line with strategic plans Execute on commodity driven strategies for supplier rationalization and localization Supplier Management, Statutory & Regulatory risk management, support audits, management reporting and stakeholder management Lead and drive negotiations: Commercial terms finalization of contracts Manage vendor relations efficiently to promote transparent and ethical business environment. Identify suitable performance metrics for this domain and track the same with a goal to enhance the maturity the team to a best in class team. Mentor team to handle supplier evaluation, performance assessment and supplier management Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers, to effective plan, develop and implement strategies, so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timelines Establish best practices and service levels, tracking and control mechanism, for efficient implementation of global procurement processes Maintain track record of all procurement activities Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Cost Negotiation, Cost Savings, Contracts, and Approved Vendor Master etc Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Regional Language proficiency of Kannada & Hindi is mandatory. Indirect Procurement Experience is required.
