Job Description

Activities and Accountabilities

We want candidates only from ITES/BPO/Call Centre

1.Ability to drive change in a division, interfacing with Operations Process Managers and Senior Process Managers
2.Identifying roadmap of process improvement for the division
Leading Six Sigma Black Belt projects
3.Mentoring projects based on tools and methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma) - Conducting reviews for Kaizen projects.
4.Conduct trainings of Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality concepts
5.Might need to travel onshore for process improvement exercises and other assignments

Desired Profile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should be comfortable with Minitab, Advanced MS Excel tools and reporting
Six Sigma Black Belt certified
6+ years of relevant experience in Process Excellence role
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Candidate should be from the BPO/KPO industry
Experience in Insurance domain is an added advantage
