- Overall 8-10 Years of Professional Experience.
- Minimum 5 Years in Human Resource Outsourcing Experience with at least 2 years in HR Outsourcing, specifically in supporting Pre Sales, Solutions, Implementation.
- Expertise in creating solutions and responding to RFI/RFP
- Should have good exposure to HR Analytics Tools & Solution
- Should have excellent Presentation Skills, Analytical Skills, Solution writing skills & own the Solution and Transitions for HRO Implementation.
- Should have handled larger implementation for an HRO Client
- Excellent Decision Making Skills & Analytical Skills
- Well versed with MS Office, Ability to prepare MIS and client presentation.
