Job Description

Manager - People Operations - Online/Internet (4-8 yrs) HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, Organisation development, policies development. Must Have- Worked with US teams. Responsibilities - We are looking for our first people operations hire to stand-up everything related to people operations for our India & US offices. This is a demanding & rewarding role as you will have opportunity to work on complex issues that high-growth start-ups face with ability to set policies . Of course, you will not be alone in this. You will work with the leadership in refining existing processes and setting up new ones. So, if you think you have the required empathy, have a solution & data-driven have experience of working on processes across employee lifecycle & get satisfaction from seeing employees succeed. Responsibilities - Have created a unique culture of empowering employees and treating them with empathy. You will be a guardian of the culture. - Build out and execute people strategy with support from leadership, including - performance management, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, retention and any compliance matters - Identify and build out technology stack to support people strategy - Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues - Identify and execute unconventional ways to promote, retain and celebrate talent. Global multi-site experience, preferably US & India - Knowledge of legal HR compliance matters for US & India
