This should be mapped with the Targets for weekly review & Progress report on each partner.Partner Relationship. Maintaining a cordial and warm relationship with all the channel partners and visiting them frequently to expand our business. Minutes of the Meeting Documentation. After every visit Minutes of the meeting should be documented and same should be mailed to the respective Partners and team met. MIS - Sending regular reports to Channel Partners for their leads.Keeping tracker of leads coming and status of cases.Fresh Leads TrackingTo ensure fresh leads are coming on regular basis from existing partners.
