Manages organizational development (OD) strategies and processes. - Assesses OD needs of operating, business and functional units - Plans and leads short- and long-term planning for OD programs - Manages the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders - To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Fund's ambition to be a high performing organisation. - To include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement. - To identify opportunities for performance improvement. - Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources. - Evaluates strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals. - Person with previous experience with any reputed consulting firm would be preferred and experience should cover preferably the following. - Organization Behavior - Competency Mapping - Organization Structure - Talent Management - Critical Evaluation - Business Acumen Qualifications & Experience - 6 to 10 years of experience, preferably FMCG Background having knowledge and a good exposure to organizational development an Only 2008 or 2012 Batch from Top/Premier B School like: TISS, XLRI, SIBM, etc.
