Position Manager Online sales (women apparel) Job Description: Responsible for day to day business operation of the Ecommerce platforms Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, etc (Seller dashboards/Panels). Prepare product listings, manage inventory and promotions on all major marketplaces. Co-ordination with various Ecommerce marketplaces, Vendors and Seller Supports. Updating product data, inventory status and SLA timeline. Raising POs and follow up on requirement from factory. Coordinate with Factory & warehouse operations. To generate sale invoices and maintain accounts data on a daily basis. Co-ordinate with ecommerce partners for product listings, sale reports etc. Check orders on all panels on daily basis and ensure dispatches/deliveries as per TAT. Constant check on returns and damages. Monitor online customer reviews and ratings. Day to day communication with customer and ecom partners, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Manage online merchandising, advertising, and marketing . Manage the trade spending budget, pricing, and contracts for key ecommerce customers. Desire Profile:- -Candidate must be any Graduate -Working exposure of women apparel -Atleast 3-8 years of exp (Experience in women apparel must) Key Skills - Good communication & written skills Self starter, capable of independent thought and using initiative. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work Analyze quantitative data Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
