o Regularly validate the process maps and workflows and make sure they are in place.
o Own the validity & accuracy of data and information available n BPM
o Identify the scope of improvement and some time you have to act like a mentor and provide your suggest for improvement
Continuous Process Improvement:
o Identify and mentor Risk, Customer Experience & Business impact projects
o Drive new initiate and complete the same till execution
o Support & promote Innovation
o Ensure metrics & reporting activities are seamless
o Random audit on metrics in Service Management tool vs. Metrics Reporting tool to identify and curb any improvement opportunities / inefficiencies
o Connect with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis;
o Promptly address any process gaps and stakeholder priorities
o Gain a seat on the table and insure participation on key initiatives of the LOB assigned
Must Have Skills:
Understanding and working knowledge of off shoring industry specifically Banking (Investment Banking, Commercial banking)
Quality background (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) with implementation experience
>8 years of overall experience.
Should have prior experience of minimum 3 years in mentoring GB & BB projects.
Experience in delivering six sigma and lean trainings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
BB Trained/Certified mandatory along with other qualifications
