Manager - Retail Product assists the Product Manager in the creation of new products and modifying existing product with the overall goal of ensuring that the products are successfully designed, priced, positioned, launched, promoted and supported in a way that will generate sales and profit and satisfy market and customer demands so as to support the business strategy of the company. 1. This position is responsible for managing projects related to new products of retail financing. 2. Close coordination with brands for new products development on regular intervals. 3. Managing focused joint marketing programs with brands resulting in to incremental sales by team 4. Subvention programs management with brands. RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS and CUSTOMERS 1. Implementation of new financial products & services: Analyse customer needs based on information collected from Marketing Intelligence to generate new product ideas Work on projects to evaluate new product idea by conducting feasibility study. Work on improvement plan based on competitors analysis from Marketing Intelligence Draft proposals on campaign rate and service fee for brands and dealers in order to push car sales, organize campaigns and Business Strategy & Marketing ensure a successful launch Coordinate with different departments to work out product development specification, guideline, including process, risk control and sales forecast, and collect feedback Make product forecast assumptions together with Sales for preparation of business case Assist in implementing New Product Process requested by Head Quarters to gather statements from relevant departments and Management 2. Project Management : Work with legal counsel & compliance officers in ensuring products and services are in full compliance. Implement product changes as required by legislation changes Prepare reports of different periods complying with requirement Conduct campaign analysis for presentation to brands Assist the product manager to negotiate campaign with the brands & initiate sales promotion activities. 3. Flexible Responsibilities: Provide new staff training To perform any other duties required upon department head or top management's decision with reasonable diligence.
