Job Description

Responsible for all the liaising with Key government agencies including SEZ & STPI authorities and compliance management. Develop, drive, implement and monitor strategic plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated compliance requirements.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains relationships with statutory authorities like Fire/Explosive Dept., Police Department, labor, DGFT, VAT, service tax, Ministry of Commerce, State Electricity Boards, State & Central Pollution Control Boards, Department of Telecom (DoT)/ Vigilance Telecom Monitoring Cell (VTM) , Noida Authority.etc...
Sound domain knowledge of EXIM, Commercial and Procurement with strategic thinking ability.
Well versed with Sales Tax assessment and related matters.
Handling correspondence related to Govt. departments.
Liaising with various govt. departments for getting necessary information/ Clarifications pertaining to land / Project Related Sanctions and approvals
Getting all types of approvals related to Facility operations
Maintenance and Renewal of all statutory registrations with Fire/Explosive Dept., Police Department, labor, DGFT, VAT, service tax, electricity load sanction, DG safety sanction, Star Trading House, etc. Made Policy & Processes for internal use & adherence in line with SEZ/EOU/STPI/Customs & Excise Rules. etc.,
Visit to competent Authorities for documentations, follow up and keeping the record of the same.
Creates a strategic plan to continually identify the opportunities, efficiency improvements and flexibility enhancements throughout the portfolio.
Proactively communicates with local management and develops solutions that align with the business needs.
Keeping track of latest Government legislations affecting the SEZ operations in NSEZ.
Co-ordination for rate of Minimum Wages / Special Allowance with respective Govt. Office. Notice for Rate of Minimum Wages and update the state wise rate of Minimum wages.

Education and Experience:
12 - 18 years of professional working experience with at least 56 years within a large organization with multiple business units based in Noida.
Graduate/Masters degree is preferred.
