Job Responsibility Ensure that the legal department processes are followed including the process for review of agreements, timely coordination and responses in M&A transactions. Developing and following best practices in running the legal department. Timely drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and timely and accurate response to legal queries by the other department rafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial documents including shareholders agreement, share subscription agreements, joint venture agreements, distribution agreements, employment agreements, contracts, Memorandum of understandings for various purposes, loan agreements, power of attorneys and confidentiality agreements. Assisting the legal head in some key international disputes to which the company is party to. Work with international law firms on a day to day basis on several matters pertaining to the company. Assisting the legal head in all M&A activities that the company is involved in across the world. The Candidate will be expected to work with a reputable national and international law firm on such deals under the guidance of the Legal head.
