As a Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end training activity for the core employees up to senior management level.
Learning Needs Identification & Formulation. Work with business leaders and managers to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business
Formulating a robust L&OD Strategy, to include need based development programmes to enhance organizational capabilities that focus on both long-term and immediate needs
Design, develop and deliver outcome based learning solutions. Garner best practices from different organizations and interact with experts from the industry. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results
Manage the external learning partner relationships in order to deliver effective programs to the organization. Build long term learning partners.
Constantly seek innovative and technologically advanced methods of delivering learning
Manage the Team & Team Calendar
Ensure constant feedback & coaching to the team in order to upscale the performance of the team and the team members
Manage & ensure that the classes are on time and per the schedule
Implement the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process.
Graduate with 7+ years experience in Leadership Training
Highly proficient with MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Good conceptual and content development skills.
Excellent facilitation skills, previous experience of delivering classroom training.
Organisational and planning skills to manage time and to meet deadlines and objectives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
