To take care of all training needs arising out of the Head office. To handle all existing training programs for field customer service teams (including Field Customer Service Teams - FOCuS)
Managing periodic assessments for various verticals
Manage training for Service partner teams
Content design, dashboard reporting etc.
End to End management of Learning Management System and Training Management System
Deliver behavioral training as required by the management.
To reach out to various stake holders , comprehend functional training needs as expressed by the stake holders including all functions under CSO & Service Delivery, Call Centers, Field Focus and IT.
To manage employee induction for the Head office
To manage the smooth execution of the FOCuS CSE Induction.
Create training modules.
Conduct Train the Trainer and certification.
Conduct content and delivery audits
Track and report progress of various training on a periodic basis
Work experience in Life Insurance Sales, Sales Training or Operations for a minimum of 2 years is a must.
Candidate should be proficient in Written and Spoken English
Should be able to make PowerPoint presentations and dashboards and MIS on Excel
